  • Provide a recommendation of future works

Asset Register Compilation

Including:

  • Carry out site surveys to all lift
  • Assess condition of equipment
  • Record the age and type of equipment
  • Assess reliability and maintainability of equipment
  • Review availability of spares
  • Review H&S provisions
  • Carry out DDA audit

Project Management And Cdm Co-Ordinator Duties

Including:

  • Provide full CDM co-ordinator duties as required
  • Check contractor’s drawings and product selection
  • Provide regular site inspections
  • Provide regular client updates or attend meetings
  • Manage the financial account and issue payment certificates
  • Witness test the completed installation
  • Ensure all outstanding items are completed
  • Check O&M manuals
